No worries.

Ridiculously difficult to insert screws into the side arms. They are too short, the threads on the mount are filled with paint and they are hex! Why not a Phillips screw? I had to just jd weld them on because I couldn't get the screws in. Its a sturdy mount and looks good though. Difficult installation for sure.

I received this product with multiple factory defects. A part that should have been welded was missing, there were noticeable paint flaws, and the screw holes were not properly prepared, so the screws couldn’t be installed as intended. What disappointed me even more was the seller’s response. When I contacted them, they refused to help and only referred me to the manufacturer, even though I purchased through the seller and have no direct relationship with the manufacturer. Overall, the build quality and the lack of support made this a very frustrating purchase.

Edit: Ok, see my second photo now. I got it installed. The original review still had a point, and the power cord will never properly or fully fit in (flush). However, if you *really* shove it in, while it feels like you're damaging the cord, you can get it to work. This plus one other issue of the top screw not being able to be fully screwed in because the bar the speaker slides onto is in the way is keeping this at 3 stars vs more. Original: They redesigned the top bar to have a hole in it for the power cable (compared to the instructions) and they put the hole slightly off from where needed. So once installed, you can't plug your speaker in 🤣 Major fail!

Either there made improperly or what we got was defective. Almost impossible to assemble without breaking them. In fact, both of them ended up broken. Terrible.

It’s a good bracket with lots of flexibility and motion. It looks good and provided it’s fitted to a solid wall is stable. If fitting to a stud wall make sure you’re screwing into timber as plaster board walls won’t support the weight (the back plate of the bracket that screws to the wall is small - all the pressure from the weight of the speaker is put into a plate around just 40mm square!). …if you want to fit the speaker up to the ceiling please be aware that you will need around 50mm clearance above the speaker to slide the bracket on/off.

Can’t fault the product! But think it’s a bit overpriced for what it actually does! A bit cumbersome to assemble!

Man darf die Halterung erst einmal zusammenbauen. Wäre eigentlich kein Problem, wenn das mitgelieferte "Werkzeug" geeignet wäre. Der wie bei IKEA mitgelieferte INBUS Schlüssel ist unbrauchbar, weil 1. Die Öffnung für die die seitlichen Halterungen benötigten Schrauben kein Gewinde aufweisen und man die Schrauben mit purer Muskelkraft eindrehen muss. 2. Der mitgelieferte INBUS Schlüssel eine L-Form aufweist und somit ein Drehen in einem Loch, 3mm vom Hauptgestellt entfernt nicht möglich ist. Wenn man es versucht, zerkratzt man sofort das Hauptgestell, kommt aber nicht voran, weil die Schraube zwingend verkantet. Also erst einmal in den Baumarkt um einen geraden Inbus Schlüssel Größe 3 mit Verlängerung kaufen. Schönen Dank auch. Für diesen Preis eine Frechheit. Leider hatte ich dern ersten Schritt (Bohren und Setzen der Dübel schon ausgeführt, sonst hätte ich diese Halterung zurückgeschickt.
