I don't think so, unless your smart TV has a 3.5mm audio output, which is unlikely as nowadays it's very rare to see such an interface on a smart TV. For most TVs, the audio signal is carried and output thru HDMI or optical cable, or even wirelessly (Bluetooth/WiFi). Sound quality wise, it's brilliant but still I wouldn't pick this one, just because it's designed for desktop use thus it doesn't have enough power to act as a TV speaker. Listen and compare it to some modern sound bars and you'll notice the difference.
