Richland Pillar Candle Holders Unique Mercury Bubble Set of 3

I purchased two of these candle sticks even after reading the reviews. One item was shattered into a million pieces upon arrival despite being wrapped in bubble wrap in their original box. Both boxes were then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in the shipping box. I notified customer service and I received the replacement the next day. Fabulous customer service!Having said that, these candle sticks are beautiful and definitely worth the price. I just encourage you to be extremely gentle with them because they are very, very delicate!!! I am not exaggerating! A slight breeze could topple them.

They are beautiful

After initially reading the reviews, I wasn’t sure. Would they break? We’re they flimsily? Would they transport? I then decided to try them. I’m SO glad I did! I used these for my birthday party. Yes they are thin but NOT bad. On one end is an opening that is round and the other end is a pillar candlestand. I decided to put fairy lights thru the opening and light them up. Then I placed kissing balls and feather balls on them. Keep in mind I had these on a work table in my garage while I made the arrangements, then transported them with arrangements and beading in my suv, then climbed 2 flights of stairs with them. None of them broke. None of them broke at the party either. They look very expensive, elegant and I’m 100% pleased with this purchase. If you’re wanting an expensive looking stand for kissing balls or even a pillar candle with chandelier beading- you can’t go wrong with this. They arrive packaged very well. They are individually wrapped in bubble and in individual boxes all in a large box. So when you’re done it’s great to store them! Loved the 3 tier sizes. The photo is of my birthday party. Imagine the next level glamour for your event. Yours could be way more incredible using these. I see me re-using these for reunions, retirement party, baby shower, sweet 16, anniversary and receptions. I hope you will love these as much as I do. These are lovely but the glass is super duper thin. I broke one of them as soon as I tried to remove a melted candle from it. I actually have no idea how people use these without lining the tops with aluminum foil or something.

When I received these, all 3 were individually bubble wrapped in their own boxes, and those boxes were in a big box. As I took the largest one out, I didn't even have to open it to hear it was shattered. I understand - the other two pillars are made of a very thin glass. If you're looking for something super heavy, like solid glass, these aren't it. They're hollow and lightweight. After calling customer service (didn't even wait 30 seconds for someone to pick up!) the saleswoman asked for my email, and immediately issued a replacement to be sent, which will get here in 3 days, and that's all I had to do on my part. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, and some of the cutest pillars for the price.

Very fragile but pretty

very pretty candle holders BUT very fragile and lightweight. If they ever knock over they will surely break. Glass is very thin.
