Awesome mix of all the right ingredients. This is not just another biotin supplement. In fact it’s a great multivitamin that just happens to contain a high dose of biotin, collagen, and keratin. So you also get a dose of iron, copper, zinc, selenium, some calcium in addition to Vitamins A, C, D, & E. The added collagen is hydrolyzed for better absorption into the body’s skin cells. The keratin blend has all the correct amino acids for strong hair and nails. HSN 40 is a well thought out formula, a smart vitamin for your skin, hair & nails. I have already started to see nail growth in the two weeks since I added the tablets to my daily routine. When your nails start to grow, you know your skin and hair is also being affected at the cellular level. Priced at less than a dollar a day, this supplement is worth swallowing.

This has 40 ingredients and some I can't see even with the strongest glasses I have and strong light. I can see a little like some essential vitamins like Vitamin A, C, D, E, B5 and B12 I also can see it contains Iron. That's all I can make out. They need to have a separate note to tell you what's in this if they couldn't fit all ingredients on the bottle. You need to know in case you have allergies to something. It seems to have tons of vitamins in this so I think it would do its job. If you need to know all the ingredients I would ask the seller. So I'm giving this 4 stars simply because you can't read all what you are taking.update: After looking again at the ad I can see all the ingredients very clearly. If you stroll over to the pictures of the bottle you are able to see all the ingredients clearly. And after seeing the bottle on the ad it seems that all the ingredients are listed on the bottle as well. I just couldn't see all of it from my bottle. So I still think they need to put another piece of ad listing all the ingredients on a separated piece of paper so you can read them and this should be included with the shipment.

Thanks to the Vine program, my wife is taking these as part of a hair, skin and nail regiment (e.g. laser, topical scalp treatment, etc.). She's been using the name brand from a membership store so any "noticeable" improvement might be slightly correlated to the proprietary blends. She feels that her hair is improving though can't pinpoint exactly why.HSN-40 has 10,000 mcg of biotin (33,333% of recommended daily value) while the national brand has 5,000 mcg. That's quite the biotin dosage although it should be OK according to medical experts.On a per tablet basis, it is quite a bit higher than the national brand from the membership store. Company info is clearly marked on the label so that's a good thing.

Could not swallow it at all. Giant pill. Super chalky started to dissolve before I could even attempt to swallow it and tasted very bitter.I'm 5'10 & 180lbs so I normally don't have an issue swallowing anything..Can't really tell if this works as I can't take them.

This dietary supplement is quite comprehensive collection of vitamins and micronutrients and minerals essential for proper health balance Since this is dietary supplement it is difficult to tell if it is truly working. It won’t harm you either. For the all in one concept I give it five stars!

I noticed a difference in hair and nail growth after only a week. Easy to swallow nice quantity so you get a value size for a great price. Highly recommend.

I have a hair lose bald spot so order this product thinking it may help it.My main issue with the product is its labeling, When you can't read the nutritional value, the directions, the ingredients, or the warning label of a product that is required to be taken oral. Its not very wise to take it. In order to read the label on the bottle I received I had to use my cell phone to enlarge the lettering.They are huge tablet size and there is enough for 30 days.I can't recommend the product because of the labeling alone.
