Very Bad Product and bad customer service from Amazon regarding it . Firstly the colour of the medicine was light brown & then it has turned to black and the content has also gotten hardened inside the capsule within a month of its purchase . Amazon is not willing to give its refund even after calling them within the month . Different customer service giving different answers and no resolution. No refund for a medicine which has gone bad within the month of its purchase and is so important to me and is also expensive . Firstly they said yes they ll give the refund within 5 days and then they denied as it doesn't fit their policy now .Customer service just keeps giving stupid policy that it should have been informed within 5 days . So what are we supposed to consume the whole medicine conatiner within 5 days now . Pathetic people . Really disappointing. So for medicines atleast keep a better policy or change your medicine supplier keep a more reliable supplier for medicine who will provide good medicines and not ones that goes bad immediately after your policy is over . Absolutely Ridiculous. No trust over Amazon anymore .
