Twinings Wind Down Collection Tea Selection for Relaxation, Sleep, Calm & Unwind, 20 Tea Bags

These are my favourite tea bags, The variety is really good in this box because having the same flavoured tea can be very boring. I love that there are 2 different sleep ones. I also ordered through here instead of my local shop as it was much cheaper. And for 20 tea bags its a good price. My favourite one is sweet dreams, its a nice fruity tea and I love to have it on the evening while watching the telly.

There is a great variety of choice, allowing a sample of each over a few nights with pleasant tastes. I've felt these work quickly and felt relaxed within the hour which has aided myself getting a smoother night's sleep. I would recommend leaving the teabags in for a few minutes to really bring out the flavours. Aside from this, I got them on a good value deal and they have now become part of my routine.

TAAAAAAKE MY HAAAAAND, IT'S OFF TO NEVER NEVER LAND! **GNARLY RIFF** I don't recommend listening to Metallica when trying to sleep, but if you need motivation for some 100% commitment, blood curdling intensity in your slumber, give these a go. They won't put you to sleep, but they will help you relax into a state where sleep is more easy. No caffeine before bed, make sure your room is the right temperature, your sheets are "just right", and no lights or other distractions, these are the final piece of the puzzle to drift off into your dreams. They taste lovely too. **WAH-WAH PEDAL SOLO** WE'RE OFF TO NEVER NEVER LAAAAAAAAAAND!

Don’t like herbal tea as a rule,never seem to taste nice,but also can’t stand not being able to go to sleep at night either.Not a fan of the gang over you get day after from sleeping pills,so had nothing to lose but £2 if didn’t work.Delighted to say not my most favourite drink in the world but was quite nice and seemed the more I drank it the more pleasant the taste got!I preferred drinking it when it wasn’t at its hottest,approximately 10minutes after I made it😅drank a cup of this about 60 minutes before lights out,read my book as usual and found myself nodding off after 20 minutes.Slept like a log!Suffice to say will definitely be purchasing again and likely to be part of my night time routine forever more👏🏻

I bought these as on offer and love the different varieties they do taste nice but I am unsure if they are helping to wind down but they are nice varieties and good value

Great idea. The selection allows you to decide which tea you prefer, before buying a large, individual box. All very pleasant, and relaxing.
