What is the biggest pot I can use this on.Will it work on a 8 quart pan?

Hi, I've used it on a 10 quart dutch oven. You just need to measure the depth and width of your pots. 6 - 12 inches in diameter, 3 - 9 inches in depth. I love mine so much I purchased a second one.

How long is the paddle that touches the bottom? Will it touch all of the bottom of my 12" diameter pot, or will the center be left untouched?
