Trusty old headset
I had worn one of these headsets out years ago. I tried several others since but none worked out well for me. This one seems to hit the sweet spot with Good battery life (lasts all day unless I am talking constantly), the sound clarity is always good, Bluetooth connectivity is always good, it's comfortable enough to wear all day and since it is over the ear it never falls off no matter what I am doing. It's the trusty old headset for me. I haven't experienced one with better all around quality.I always charge it overnight so I cant really speak to the charging speed. The charging connection is really great though with the dock on the case. So much easier than plugging in a cord (as small as this seems I love it).

All around solid product
Its a solid product doesnt fail and doesnt let down even at a huge distance. I dont want to give it 5 starts but credits due. Wish it was cheaper but you get what you pay for sometimes

Save your money........
It started out okay. The package arrived on time and everything was in the box as per the description. Pairing the device was really easy, and the sound quality was good. I noticed though that the first time I had to charge the headset, it was on the charger for about 5 hours, which has always been more than enough time to get a full charge, but this time it said I had 5 hours of talk time. I didn't really think much about it, but then I realized that every time I had to charge it, I would never get more than the 5 hours of talk time, instead of the full 7 hours, even when I'd charge it all night. After about 3 weeks of daily use, I accidentally deleted it from my phone, and now it won't pair up with my phone. Actually, it goes directly into pairing mode when I turn it on, but my phone never recognizes it. This is the 3rd Poly headset that I've had, and it's been the worst one. Before, when they just Plantronics, I would get a new every 3 years or so, and keep the old ones as backups, but this one is only a month old and it's useless. I'm done with the Poly brand.

Not worth the money
For the money, this thing kinda sucks. The charging station/case is garbage and here's why: You can't charge the case and the headset at the same time. So, let's say the headset has a low battery and the case does, too. Fine, no big deal, just plug the charging cable directly into the headset. OK, I do that and then come into work the next day and the headset doesn't have a full battery. Why? So I start using the headset when I get into the office and it says it has 4 hours of life. In the meantime, I plug the cable into the case so that it can charge while I work in the morning. I get a break, so I take the headset off and put it in the case to charge more. (In order to do this I have to unplug the case so that it'll stop charging and instead start charging the headset. Stupid and unintuitive design.) Mind you, it said it has four hours of battery before I put it on the charger. I take it off the charger after 20-30 minutes and it says it has 3 hours of battery left. WTF? So then I use it again (Gotta make sure you plug the case back in to charge...) and I spend the whole day charging the case, charging the headset... For $160, why doesn't this thing just work? I should be able to keep the case plugged in so that it has a full battery and then I should be able to take the headset off and let it charge when I have breaks between calls. Also, when it says it has a full battery, that really means about 6 hours. That may be enough for most people, but just keep in mind it's not going to last a full day. It just seems that in today's world the battery life should be better for the money. Right now I feel like this thing performs like a $50 piece of electronics, not $160. All of that being said, the headset is comfortable and the sound quality is good, though, I wish it would get louder. Also, for others out there who have this, I don't think the earpiece is supposed to go inside your ear canal like an earbud. It's supposed to rest inside the big part of your ear. Overall, I kind of hate how annoying this thing is and I'm tired of constantly plugging and unplugging the case.

Pros and Cons After 6 months of use
I purchased this item November 2024 and used it frequently since then for calls and listening to audio.First the pros:I like how lightweight the headset is. It fits my ear nicely and I forget its even there sometimes. The sound quality is good and the people on the other end of my phone calls say the sound quality and noise canceling is good quality.I like the option of being able to change which ear I put the device on.Battery life and talk time is good as well. Now the cons:Bluetooth distance is terrible. My phone and the earpiece have to be on the same side of my body or the sound is choppy and poor quality for those on the other end of my calls. The charging device has been a nightmare! Charges sometimes, not others. When I think I've got it figures out, the next charge doesn't work. The power cable is far too short and inconvenient. I sometimes have to leave the earpiece on the charger for several days before it charges completely. When the earpiece battery is down to about 1 hour of talk time the phone call quality drops off significantly, to the point those on the other end of my phone calls begin complaining about the poor sound quality.Comparing the pros and cons, the convince and inconvenience of this product, I don't think I would purchase this particular product again.
