The rubber strips fit perfectly on a base carrier rack for 2007 Volkswagen rabbit.

These are advertised as a perfect fit for Thule Aero Crossbars. They are not a fit, not even close. The rubber friction slides do align with the cross bar channels and the rubber does not stay attached to crossbar Please do not buy these.

I bought this with fingers crossed based on other reviews. Based on my experience, this is a great replacement for the Thule aerobars underside. The factory bottom doesn't have the ribs, just the top, so this is a good replacement. I wouldn't recommend for the top side because of the missing ribs.

I used this to reduce wind noise by installing on gap on the bottom of the Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Rack, and making sure the top had no "open" slots.... It has helped a lot. Obviously, with boards on the roof it is still not silent, but it has reduced a great deal of the annoying 'almost whistle' I had.

Work Great on my aero type racks (Nissan brand)

This is nothing like the original rubber strip and does not fit in the grooves in any way

Says will work with Thule Aeroblade, but it is not compatible.
