I love this stuff; I don't find it bitter at all. I guess if you've only ever eaten bog standard milk chocolate and eat a lot of sugar generally then it will take some getting used to simply because it does not contain much sugar. It tastes nothing like the mass produced dark chocolate like black magic or fry's chocolate cream which is horrible and not proper dark stuff at all. If you love dark chocolate, you've got to try this; it is especially nice with real coffee. I started with the 70%, then tried the 85% but now I find both too sweet. This is the smoothest and the best. Also, not forgetting the life giving properties of dark chocolate which are now well documented. I recommend everyone switch to the dark side! (P.S. You can get it cheaper than this in a couple of the pricier supermarkets).

Tastes quite nice once you get used to the slight bitter taste initially. Would buy this product again as it is quite smooth.
