Thats absolute amazing, there are no problems with the cartridge or the ink. all prints are brilliant. easy to refill. Tried some mugs... great colours.....thats my short review for the CEYE Refillable Ink Cartridge GC41 at the moment...

I bought this because my previous magenta cartridge dried up and quit working. I needed a replacement for only that cartridge. When I first put the new cartridge in my printer, it appeared to work. I did get the non-Sawgrass ink warning. But the printer was showing a full cartridge, which it typically won't with a non-sawgrass ink. After running a few test prints I noticed the printer would not pull the ink out of the cartridge like it should. Tried to run maintenance but the printer stopped working all together. Luckily, I had a chip from the old ink and really only needed the cartridge.

I just got this yesterday and it's been a gamechanger for me! I'm using much better ink at a fraction of the cost thanks to these!

Used for a month it has 3/4 of the ink left and ink depleted popped up and they dont sell the replacement chips. Waste of money

I bought these and they worked great at first. They gave out after a couple of weeks and my printer (SG800) would read ink depleted. It never worked after that so I was forced to buy a second set of these. I received my second set and 2 weeks into them here I am with the same problem. My printer will say replace cartridge even though it's full and when I reset it, it then says ink depleted. I'm in a complete bind yet again because I have over 300 shirts to get out before tomorrow. I'm crying in aggravation because amazon support did nothing to help me and they wouldn't give me the seller's contract info to reach tech support.

The ink is a huge savings it printed well but the problem is the printer knows it’s aftermarket ink so there is an alert on the printer all time and certain features are not available on the printer any longer. The main thing I noticed was I couldn’t do a nozzle check/ cleaning with this ink which I have to do from time to time. Sawgrass takes the maintenance features away if it doesn’t recognize its own ink, which is sorry of them. Their ink is so expensive that it isn’t worth buying the printer to start with unless you print almost daily to keep everything flowing. It wastes a ton of ink because of cleaning and all and at $340+ for their ink and $60 for a waste unit that is a huge waste of money.Bottom line is I think this is good ink if you print enough to keep the nozzles clean and flowing but the fact that the printer doesn’t recognize the ink as Sawgrass ink and the maintenance features taken away makes it hard to keep the printer printing well. Also I understand that if you print within their software there is a watermark that appears when using non complaint ink. I don’t know about this because I never print in their software and I use other software when printing so I don’t experience a watermark like I heard others talk about.

Not sure if this will give problem after a few print outs, but as of now, I installed the cartridges with ink and my Sawgrass SG400 did not give me any errors on the cartridge. I printed out an image and it worked fine.
