Excellent Lighting controller!
This is the best lighting controller in the business, I was skeptical at first and I must say there are some kinks that need to be worked out. But this controller has delivered some of the most jaw dropping light shows I have ever delivered as a DJ and my clients as well as other vendors have been stunned and loving the light shows!Definitely not a fan of the fact that they want an extra $100 for easyview, but awesome controller still. Don't expect it to work like a more analog controller

A great decision for small to medium size churches
Perfect solution for a small to medium size church. Do a little bit of reading on your set up and you will have one of the most easy to use yet powerful lighting systems available. Can’t recommend this enough. A great decision.

Wolfmix M1 over-delivers even given all the hype!
It is a quality piece of kit. Well built, feels nice to the touch, and fun to use. I admit I was a bit skeptical given all the glowing reviews by people who were given a $700 device for free just for their review. This unit delivers. It did take me a little time setting up some of the fixtures I am using even though I am quite familiar with DMX. I use it for live band production work not as a DJ. I have used both hardware DMX consoles and software based DMX setups in the past. This unit does effortlessly those little things that those other platforms make unnecessarily hard to achieve. Fading smoothly from one scene to the next by default instead of having to program clunky fades that still look horrible is a prime example. It will up the quality of your lighting show exponentially. I didn't think it would do as great as it does but I was wrong. If you have the means I highly recommend picking one up.

If you like being frustrated this is the lighting controller for you
This lighting controller has caused nothing but headaches I have multiple light fixtures from reputable companies as well as some American DJ stuff as well what you would think would work perfectly with this product but it unfortunately does not Don't let other reviews mislead you I have never owned a worse lighting controller ever in my life and I've done a lot of different lighting designs with multiple consoles and multiple pieces of software fixture limits are impossible to use you cannot use them on this console no matter how many videos I've watched I still can't get them to properly perform even after reading the manual first and then watching videos still having issues it might be good if you don't want professional lighting but don't let other people mislead you because there's a lot of people that recommend this controller but I cannot in all good faith recommend it especially after the terrible time I've had with it everything is unnecessarily complicated you can't do more than one effect at a time such as you can't have 2 moving effects at once I would spare your time and frustration and get a better lighting controller I honestly even prefer the old analog consoles in comparison to this hump of junk do not buy

Amazing
The media could not be loaded. This is one of the best products on the DMX market. I am able to program all sorts of presets and control every single thing with a push of a button.

Powerful for the price.
It’s no grandMA, Hog or Onyx x2 but it’s mighty. $650 for the controller, $100 for additional universes(max of 3 additional), $100 for visualizer software(highly recommend) you can get rowdy with the user slots, the global effects are great, creating fixtures are easier on the WMX1 than the software. It’s great for those who are a one man production show, djs, small venues.COMPACT size.Maxed out, $1050 before tax.I run 8 movers, 4 motionstrips, 12 pars, 4 pinspots and 2 foggers.

Best lighting controller
This thing is the best lighting controller that money can buy. Take the time to learn how to use it and you will be glad you purchased.

I like it, needs full support for fixtures
We have been toying with this. I agree with the surprises about the software to visualize costing extra. However, compared to a traditional light controller like a Chauvet DMX controller where you need to manually program lights, and a bunch of functions this is a HUGE step up. I am a music producer and DJ and wanted to be able to program amazing light shows. The reality is that unless you're willing to learn how to program a show on a computer and invest in the software and hardware necessary to make that happen, or you're a pro LD who is going to shell out $2.5k+ min on a dedicated lighting controller, you're not on Denon for the SSwitch, and you're not a mobile Pioneer DJ (I use CDJs) this is 100% the best thing out there.I learned how to program DMX in school and this is the perfect medium for me. If they added additional support and program to do some of the more advanced but common functions of higher end lights they would really have something special. You can even save a bunch of presets so if you're smart and build your fixtures around the unit you can make a pro grade show on a much smaller budget
