superb after sales service
I bought a circular cutter about 9 months ago but only got around to using it the other day. There was a fault which was sorted out in 24 hours no questions asked.l Service doesn't come much better...

Very poor quality
This is shockingly bad, to the extent where I believe that the product I received was a fake. The blades do not align, the spring metal tab broke instantly, and the bottom is warped. Completely unusable.
