Used product sent as new
Stained, torn cover, delayed delivery. Amazon refusing to publish. All point to a lousy product protected and promoted by Amazon at the cost of paying customer. Brand doesn't even acknowledge the issues. Revision: I will change nothing about this review

Very Poor Quality
I had to return it due to quality. The fabric cover was very thin and would tear in one wash. Also the stitching was weak and opening at the time of delivery only.

Useless product!
It doesn't give any support. Moreover I returned this product on same day but it's been 4 weeks the item is lying in my house, Amazon is not able to pick the item after rescheduling to pick the item 4 times.

Comfortable and sturdy
Just did surgery and can't get in and out of my bed without pain. Ordered this yesterday and I'm happy with the product can also change threangles/position for a low or high incline! Recommended!

Comfortable pillow use temporarily
