Highly recommended best quality and service
After spending considerable time researching various CCTV camera systems, I finally settled on the SANSCO HD CCTV Camera System. Now, after two years of ownership, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I've made. From the moment I unboxed the system, I was impressed with the build quality and the clarity of the HD video. The setup process was straightforward, with clear instructions that made getting everything up and running a breeze. The cameras provide excellent images, day and night, allowing me to keep an eye on my property with confidence. What truly sets this purchase apart is the exceptional after-sale service provided by the seller. I recently encountered a small issue, and I reached out to the customer service team. To my delight, they welcomed my inquiry with open arms! Even after two years, they were quick to respond and took the time to ensure that my problem was resolved efficiently. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the process. The combination of a reliable product and outstanding support makes me highly recommend both the SANSCO HD CCTV Camera System and this particular seller. If you're considering upgrading your security system, you won't go wrong with this choice. It’s peace of mind that lasts!

Pretty good system
This CCTV will do everything you need. It has good picture quality, both day and night. Colour during the day, and IR greys at night. Faces of people are easily recognisable, even if they were moving. The IR picture is much better than I expected. And the dull red IR LED lamps around the camera not only illuminate the area, they are a deterrent in themselves. Anyone creeping around at night, with see a dull red circular glow of IR lamps. You are being watched…The camera casings are sturdy and weatherproof. Absolutely no problem with the recent torrential rain. The only problem being that spiders love the wether protection of the camera, so don’t be alarmed about the huge spider on your TV screen.I bought a small 10 inch LED TV to go with this. It sits on the CCTV console, and gives a good colour display of the four feeds, for minimal energy usage. No idea who made the TV as it stupidly has no identifying marks, but it is a simple plug-in with only four buttons - so even I can set it up. It was something advertised on Amazon. You can have all four images up on the screen, or scroll through the cameras individually. The CCTV also has a facial recognition system, that will detect a face and put it on the screen. This seems pretty reliable, as it only detects faces and not spiders. And it will give an alarm if it detects a face, if you want it to. Probably a good idea, unless you have lots of people walking by.I doubt if you will get a better system, without going to a professional security firm and paying an arm and a leg.R.

Customer service saves review.
Not an easy review to write; This product has pros and cons, bear with.Firstly, it arrived quickly and well packaged but I'd expect that anyway. The dvr felt and looked quality and the bullet cameras were neat and relatively stylish. So far so good.Installation can be tricky, let's face it, you'll have to drill decent sized holes through some part of your house in order to feed through the cables and then hide them away both inside and out then dig out your ladders to put the cameras up high, safe and out of reach so anyone who says it's quick and easy is either a DIY legend or lying.Set up isn't a doddle either, the instruction leaflet is poorly translated from Chinese but the cd rom included makes sense. Downloading the Xmeye app is easy and linking the app to the dvr works well if you actually read the instructions. The system connects to any modern TV via hdmi but if you want to be able to view your cctv and watch telly at the same time, pick up a cheap monitor and stick it in a corner somewhere (another bleeding thing to find a socket for!).Now, the reason for the 4* review; After spending God knows how long getting it set up and being fairly happy with the daytime picture quality, it got dark outside and then I'm watching nothing but a black screen. The cameras were faulty. However, a few emails to customer service and £4.45 postage (refunded) had this sorted and a week later I had nice new ones that work well and give a clear view of my street in the pitch black. So, to round up;Pros-Excellent customer service-Quality product-Simple enough to install if you follow the instructions.Cons:-Cameras are fixed type only so think about positioning (tip-set up the app first then you can have your phone with you and watch yourself place the cameras, saves you running back indoors every two minutes!)-No audio-Think twice about activating the alarm option on the app because you will get a 'bing' every time next door's cat pops over to poo in your garden!Overall, happy so far.
