Glass Scraper, 1-Blade, Fixed Folding (CMHT28593)

The blade it comes with holds in great, need to find one maybe a hair thicker my Milwaukee blades seems a little loose but this is an amazing little tool to remove anything from a flat surface, using it to remove old caulk from boat and it beats everything in the toolbox

love these, angle is perfect to provide leverage and not scratch, the trapezoidal blades make it stable, also the blades are inexpensive in a large volume, blades slide into place

I love these things. They make the world's most tedious task, painting divided light windows, an actual pleasure. Instead of taping the glass or very carefully cutting in around each pane, you can just paint the muntins in broad brush strokes and let the paint adhere to the glass. Come back a few hours later and this little tool will shave the excess paint off the glass with a single, satisfying stroke, leaving a nice 1/8" border around each pane Beautiful!

I use this to help me to mostly scrape clean glass/mirror surfaces. I works well, I appreciate the ease of swapping out the razor blade where replacements can be found for extremely cheap in bulk. Nothing beats the feeling of a fresh razor on a scraper. There's no bells and whistles and it certainly follows the keep it simple doctrine. I do worry about the lifespan of this scraper given how cheaply made it feels. It does have some flex in the handle when applying firm down pressure while scraping. But at the same time the flex does help with reducing the contact angle with the work piece to minimize mistakes. In the end, this is well worth the ~$5 I've paid for it. It won't turn heads or make you go "wow" but the ease of use and quick blade changes will make it one that you reach for when you need a scraper. Knocking one star off simply for the cheap construction and my irrational fear of snapping it in half while scraping and sending a razor blade flying.

I bought this to replace my old scraper that I use on our glass top stove. I really like the handle and how durable this item feels. I thought it was priced really well. I’m giving 3 stars because the razor can be removed a little too easily. There’s no locking mechanism to keep it in place. After I have scraped the gunk off of my stove, wiping the razor off causes is to dislodge from the handle. Personally I’d be a more satisfied costumer if there was something that would lock the razor in place. Other than that this is a nice tool for your scraping needs. Sharp razor and the handle feels sturdy and good in your hand.

I had one of these made by Stanley, and this is identical to that old one. Excellent for razor scrapping smooth surfaces like glass for cleaning. Uses replaceable blades.
