Awesome handheld shower head
I love Hansgrohe products and they’re high quality and well priced. This shower head is very nice with the 3 different settings of strength. I use it also for my dogs paws: it really washes out all the dirts from within their paws (even for my Yorkie, who has tiny paws).It’s nice that although it’s water saving, the pressure is the same level as of my older non water saving version.

Awful
The media could not be loaded. Was so excited to receive my new shower head was extremely disappointed.My previous shower head literally cost me a fiver from B&M, i wanted to replace it with a more expensive one and after reading so many positive reviews decided on this one for £42. A total waste of money. Firstly i noticed there was no washer in the box just the head. The Shower head itself looks lovely! I put it on using my previous washer and water started splurting everywhere. I tried all 3 modes- awful and the same. Drenched my floor as i had the shower door open to turn it on. I put my old one back on and worked perfectly. Swopped again and the splurting happened straight away, its not just a little bit either. -see video. I am returning this product. Such a shame as it looks lovely and would have been quite powerful if all the water came out where it was supposed to.

Not Impressed
I really don’t understand all of these positive reviews. The items looks and feels cheap. When you change modes the water continues to drip from the nozzles that aren’t in use, the water pressure is greatly reduced as well...I think they have a water saving device built in which I don’t want. If I wanted to save water I’d add a device myself, I wanted a high pressure powerful shower head and this really isn’t it. Item returned.
