I chose to use the powdered version of this product but you can also get the chewable and capsule.I am using this product for prostate support. There is another product that complements PECTASOL that Dr. Eliaz has formulated for the prostate. So far, I am happy with this product which appears to be helping me.

I found this challenging to dissolve until I read in a blog that if you scoop the powder into the glass of water, stir briefly and then leave for about 10 to 20 mins it suspends quite nicely... instead of gluing in lumps to the glass and stirrer ( I use a plastic knife).That said, it is quite pleasant to take... tastes of nothing really.I take it after my morning tumbler (about a pint) of water, freshly squeezed lemon juice and Aloe Vera and before any food. I then leave it to flush through the system as I go about my chores for a half hour or so and then sit down to a high fibre breakfast... which at present is a "green" smoothie with lots of summer berries from the garden.By mid-morning I am flushing toxins out very effectively and I am sure at a very deep cellular level. I feel brighter and more energetic already just one week in with one scoop in the morning. I am planning a heavy metal detox and so intend to dive into two and then three identical doses per day, one about 20 to 30 mins before each nutritious, raw green smoothie or soup (using a rainbow of fruit and greens plus good fats, seeds, nuts and hemp powder for protein).Like most natural health aids... they work best when in a regime that flows in the same direction... so lots of clean, nutritious and fibre-rich foods... key supplements e.g magnesium ... fresh air, exercise, rest and sleep (preferably "earthed") creative/positive thoughts... and anything else that works to support you and your reasons for wanting to be your best. Equally be aware of things that counter the flow and pollute the system... and wherever possible modify or remove. Be blessed and thrive! Xx

Tried all sorts of other products to detox heavy metals and couldn't tolerate any until this one. Mainly lead (shown as way above acceptable levels by laboratory urine test) and this is a metal modified citrus pectin seems to be really good at removing. Also have a lot of electrosensitivity and this is a massive help. Been taking mainly once or twice a day. I felt better within a few days although it will be a while to get all the metals out I think but my body is much happier with this slow and steady approach and I feel it's generally beneficial.

This was recommended by Amy Myers and I have been using it for the last 2 months to gently bind Mercury. I only take 1x5mg teaspoon / day as I find it too complicated to take it 2-3hrs away from food and supps during the day. Does not dissolve in liquid well but I don't care as for me this has medical purpose so I just drink it down first thing in the morning (1-2 hrs before breakfast).

Too early to say if it is working. Noticed a number of comments that it does not dissolve - I mix it with tepid water and it is fine, and I quite enjoy the taste.

we had to stop taking it as it tastes horrible. my husband was recommended to take 3 spoonful daily. he rather gave up so I ordered the capsule option for him - still 18 capsules daily but no bad taste.

Good product but quite expensive.

This product gives me better nights.I had problems with electrosensivity, so I think I have heavy metals in my body and perhaps I am now removing them. It is better than anything I have tried.
