Snare Drum Bag

I purchased the Eastrock 10x8 padded Drum bag. These are excellent. I have a variety of gear bags. These are pro quality gear/gig bags to show, practices, or storage. The padding is substantial. The nylon bag material is strong, well sew, the dual zippers are top quality. Comes with a shoulder strap, and rubber feet on side so the bag want get worn/ scuffed if dragged on floor, or cement walk way. Notice in my Pics, My Ayotte Tom has a suspension mount attached - With that the Drum still fits perfectly. Excellent price! Quick 2 day delivery to my sub-rural area. Highly recommended! Look to Eastrock for any of your drum gear bags, before you buy others!

Wow! What a great drum bag and such an excellent price! In reading other reviews, I learned that Eastrock bags run a bit large. So I ordered a 10 x 8 for a 12 x 9 tom. This particular vintage Japanese tom has a mounting bracket that hugs the shell, so I was able to fit it in the case resulting in a nice, snug fit. If you prefer a looser fit, go one size up. Very impressive, quality workmanship with a thick layer of cushion and a soft faux suede interior. Rugged zipper and durable nylon fabric outer layer. Eastrock, you have a new fan!

I just recently purchased a Pork Pie 13"x7" vented little squealer snare drum and needed a case to haul it around. When I saw this one on Amazon, I thought it might be too good to be true. A well padded soft-side snare drum case for well under what I would have paid had I gone to a music store. But this little beauty is well padded and seems sturdy with good stitching. I haven't had it long and may do an update to this review if it doesn't hold up and the zippers and seams start to go. But right now, I'm highly satisfied with my purchase and believe it's going to be just right for me. I only gave it 4 stars on durability and sturdiness because of the short time period that I have had it. As I stated, it looks like it will hold up for me for the next few years, but at this point, only time will tell. If you are a percussionist that is on tour, however, I would purchase nothing but hard cases. I don't believe this type of case would be good for "under the bus" traveling with the sudden starts and stops that would make the instruments slide into each other. My use will strictly be for me taking a snare drum and adding it to a drum set that is already set up at our church as I play contemporary Christian music in a worship band. To sum it all up, for professional touring, use a hard case. For personal use and short distance traveling, this bag is perfect.

Drum bag is of good quality. Great buy for a great price. Thick padding. Sturdy zipper.

Quality was good especially for the price - except - Missing an eyelet - there was only ONE eyelet on the case for the strap so I cannot use the strap with only one eyelet. Pictures show two eyelets for the strap. Quality control missed that one. Otherwise, the lining seems very nice and the price is great.

First off, for the price, they are VERY decent product. has enough padding, outer material seems decent and tough enough. now considering the price of things, couple things you will need to keep in mind. 1. 22dia x 16 or 18dep wont fit or very TIGHTLY fit. (I ended up getting a separate ahead armor bag for my kick drum, but still saved a ton thanks to these guys) 2. I do not expect this bag to last me for more than 5 years. If it will last me 3 or more, id be thankful (price-quality expectation) 3. Bag carry strap clip is flimsy yes but i dont need to use them and if you need to use one, get another clip on shoulder strap from amazon. less than 10 bucks per one for a good quality. even with all that you are spending less than 200 for the set and maybe a separate for the bass drum bag. which i think its a huge deal. VERY impressed with the quality for the price (not as nice as ahead or protection racket but still decent enough).

This is a really nice bag that is well padded and reasonably priced. The 14 x 5.5 also fits 14 x 6.5 drums no problem. I have 4 of these now, 3 of the 14x5.5 and one 14x8. All good.

Perfect fit. Well constructed. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more of these bags.
