Using these with my Cisco Call Manager 11, works without issue. Make sure you are running a version that does support these, I know my older system 8.5 did not.

This phone has not worked properly on our system since we received it. We have even sent it to Lanstreet for repair. It still does not work. We will be returning it for refund this week.

Missing key component
One of the two phones I ordered were missing the dial pad. With crazy work schedule, I wasn't able to open the box until today. And the return window closed yesterday.
