I purchased this ARC 32QT Stainless Steel Turkey Fryer Kit for my son's Christmas present, planning to deep fry a turkey for Christmas dinner. When it arrived we assembled it and, quite frankly, were amazed at the quality of the components. Out of literally hundreds of Amazon purchases over the last years, evaluation and reviews of more than 100 products, this is, IMHO, the BEST VALUE of any product. It is a "AmazonChoice" product and rightfully so! The Stainless Steel pot - HEAVY DUTY, the rest of the components, equally high quality. I'd rate this 6 on a scale of 5 stars!!!

I love this fryer pot. It worked well. It has been almost one month since I experienced NO issues at all. But we also did use it to fry turkey and seafood. We boiled water for our lobsters. We fit three 1.5 lb lobsters at a time, and they came out perfect. We had to tinker with the flame a little to get the most efficient, but it was easy. If you want a great seafood boil setup, this one is it! Most importantly, easy to clean and assemble at the best price.

This will be great for frying turkeys and sea food boils

Used this for the first time yesterday to fry a turkey. It worked great.Build quality seems really good and functionally it was great. We’ve been frying turkeys for the family for about 10 years using another brand. This one however heated the oil much faster and more efficiently. With the previous burner / pot I basically had to leave the propane wide open the entire time to get to temp and while cooking. This one was so efficient I had to dial the heat back even after dropping the turkey in, in order to not have it get too hot.The other nice part is the pot is just a bit taller without being much wider than many other pots. This is important because it gives you more room at the top, reducing risk of it boiling over, while not making you use more oil because it’s not wider.

First off, I have not used it yet, but I have used plenty other fryers, so I feel I can reasonably judge it off impressions.This is a great deal. The stainless is heavy gauge, the burner is a banjo style burner, and the accessories are high quality. The unit is very sturdy, and everything just feels high quality.Bottom line: SS, banjo style burner, for way less than Bayou Classic

Great turkey fryer! But the bolt for the bottom of the cast iron burner didn't want to thread in all the way then snapped off with not much pressure. Big pain in the butt! Otherwise a quality unit.

I’ve used it three times now for seafood. Works great. We had something similar when I was a kid. I love seafood boil.
