Li ho acquistati sbagliando, volevo prendere i chunks. Ho deciso di provarli comunque su una cottura media e sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito. L'affumicatura è risultata leggera ma sensibile, molto gradevole ma senza coprire il sapore della carne. È davvero un ottimo prodotto in relazione al prezzo in offerta. Per me è sì e credo che li riacquisterò.
