The motion detection works well and it’s perfect for discreet indoor monitoring at home or in the office. Easy to use and very practical for basic security. Highly recommended.

I’ve had the Hidden Camera Wall Clock for several days now, and it has been an excellent addition to my home security setup. The camera is well-concealed within the clock, making it nearly impossible to detect. The HD video quality is impressive, especially for a hidden camera, providing clear footage even in lower light conditions. The setup was fairly simple, and the accompanying app makes it easy to monitor footage remotely. One of the things I love most about this clock is that it blends seamlessly into any room decor — it just looks like an ordinary wall clock, which adds to the discreet nature of the device. The battery life is decent, though it’s better when used plugged in for long-term surveillance. However, there are a few small drawbacks. The motion detection feature can be a bit sensitive, resulting in more notifications than necessary, but adjusting the settings helps manage this. Also, the clock’s ticking sound is slightly louder than I expected, though not enough to be distracting. All in all, this hidden camera clock offers a reliable and discreet solution for home security. Despite its minor flaws, I would still give it 5 stars for its performance and ease of use!

No audio recording on device, kinda defeats the purpose on why this was bought. Should specify in listing that has no audio recording.

Was hoping this was like a hidden camera. It is but not to your cell. Just uses a SD card, so have to take it out & look at it every now & then. Does take very nice pics & can adjust camera, which is hidden very well. Looks just like a wall clock, no dead give aways. My only issue will depend on how long the charge on it lasts. U use a AA battery for the clock part of it but the camera part u plug in & charge. So that will be the real test. I will try to remember & update this when I see just how long it lasts. Put it up on March 1st, 2025, after a whole night of having it plugged in charging. 3/9/2025- Well, took it down for the 1st time to see how long it was lasting. I'd say 2 days! Plus, didn't realize this but it doesn't take "still" pics, just recordings (action), so runs out even sooner plus loops back around after 6 hours & erases what is on there, then only seems to stay charged for 2 days. So pretty much useless unless every 6 hours u pull it off the wall to look at it, & every 2 to charge it. If u can keep it plugged in all the time that's fine but that means having the back of it always open, plus of course if u are trying to keep an eye on someone, it will be very obvious it's more than just a clock! Total waste of $ & now past the time to return it! Very frustrating!!

Functions well as a clock and security camera. It does come with two glaring short comings (hence the 3 star review). As sold, this unit does not record audio with the video like most surveillance cameras. Audio requires an adapter that you must contact the seller about. The second major flaw is no app/wi-fi/Bluetooth connectivity at all, so you can not monitor in real time, nor do you get alerts when the camera records something shady going on. Overall, decent hidden surveillance camera but really needs real time connectivity to be a great security cam.

This hidden camera wall clock was a perfect addition for my home security. You don't even notice that there is a hidden camera in it. It was relatively easy to set up and even has a recording feature which is great. It blends in with pretty much any decor. As a caregiver it gives more eyes on my loved one when I'm in the other room. You may need to adjust some of the settings to your liking as far as the motion detection and notifications as you do with other devices. Great invention!
