Good value, no sound/audio quality issues, use for work teams all day and battery is good, USB c is convenient, i like the mic boom does not need moving to drink my coffee 😀The dual Bluetooth is cool as I use for android phone & work laptop, so seamlessly listen to music on my phone (which is good quality) or take a personal call.It seems like it will last a few years and recommended to a few friends in the office.Would be nice to have a case included, otherwise all good and 5 times cheaper than at Jabra Bluetooth....

Love these so easy to use, lights weight and comfortable

Use for teams meetings mostly, they are comfortable but slightly too big and cannot make any smaller. Sound quality is okay for what I need it for! They were easy to connect and set up with Bluetooth. Continue to turn on and connect straight away to a device however I find the power button to be a bit temperamental now and can be difficult to turn them off without a bit of effort after a few months of use - almost like you have to push the button in a specific place for it to work and sometimes won't recognise I'm pressing the button even when holding down.

They could be great headphones for online meetings, but others in the meetings complain that they cannot listen to me, so very unreliable, would not recommend it.Other than that, they are light, comfortable, sound quality is good for the purpose, but the microphone is just not good.

I wear these for hours on end for work and are so comfortable I forget I am wearing them. The battery lasts for the whole day and probably a few days at least. Couldn't recommend them enough

Worked fine for business for one month and one week, then stopped working.Outside of Amazon returns period.Started warranty process with JLab then realised I had to package it (didn't keep original packaging) and pay to mail it to California for them to repair or replace.Too much cost, trouble and time for a £30 device that is needed on a daily basis.I guess you get what you pay for.UPDATEI spoke to the manufacturer - JLAB in the US, they approved a warranty claim after having me film the device being submerged in water to prove its destruction. They sent me a code to use on their website to order a replacement product. But despite their protestations, the code would only cover the cost of the product itself. And not the delivery of £20. After a series of emails with screen grabs proving the web site problem, they said they would refund the delivery cost if I paid for it first. I refused and referred to UK consumer law which states that the customer is entitled to replacement or refund with no further cost. Despite further emails chasing a resolution, JLAB have not responded.I then spoke to Amazon customer services who gave a full refund and apologised for the service received from JLAB.I’ve since spent twice the cost on a Logitech headset which is currently working fine, and with which I have more manufacturer confidence if it should go wrong.Won’t be buying from JLAB again.

I purchased and used for one day before returning. The sound quality was very good but no one could hear my on calls. I was told my voice sounded very robotic. I was sat at a desk with my PC so it couldn't be an issue with distance.

works perfectly connected to 2 sources, my work laptop for phone calls and my phone for music while i work, always seems to know to cut off my music when i answer the phone on a separate device, great quality and value for money as i managed to grab one in the sale

Seit Ewigkeiten (20+ Jahre) arbeite ich mit einem LogiTech Headset, kabelgebunden, Plantronics USB Dongle. Es ist ein Bügelheadset mit mic-Boom mit einem starren Bügel hinter dem Kopf, das über den Ohren eingehangen wird. Die On-Ear liegen dann sehr lose ohne Druck über den Ohren und es ist federleicht. Mit dem Plantronics Dongle ist die Sprachquality extrem gut.Baugleich habe ich einige USB Headsets ausprobiert, dies sind dann Sportkopfhörer ... sehr fest anlegend, mit einem flexiblen Bügel hinter dem Kopf, auf Dauer nix, für mal 2 Std. Sport sicher zu ertragen.Die POP haben zwar einen klassischen Over-Head Bügel, aber das ist auch schon der einzige Manko den ich finden kann. Das Headset ist sehr leicht und Dank dem Federstahl Bügel auch schön auf Weite anpassbar was den Druck am Ohr vermindert. Nur eben ohne grosse Haarpracht Mütze oder Kappe drückt die Kante des Bügels auf der Platte. Abhilfe haben 2 lagen 2mm Softpad geschafft und man sieht nicht mal dass es DIY ist.Multipoint mit Mac und iPhone, SIP an der FritzBox via Mac, Bedienung am Headset ... alles ein Kinderspiel und sehr intuitiv. Verarbeitung einfach, aber dezent im Style und verspricht Langlebigkeit - das wird sich zeigen.Soundquality ist für On-Ear, die Treiber Grösse, den Preis und vor allem in Hinblick auf den Zweck ... CALL ... extrem gut und übertrifft meine Erwartungen bei Weitem. Der dual-EQ-Mode ist deutlich zu hören bei Bässen und Höhen, allerdings nur bei Musik wählbar, in einem Call reagiert der doppelte Tasten Druck nicht und CALL Mode ist aktiv.Die Musik Qualität ist für meine Ohren hervorragend, zum einen höre ich selten mehr als 50% VOL und meist Webradio-streams zum anderen ist das auch kein Over-Ear Studio Kopfhörer mit entsprechender Verkabelung. Ich finde die Quality bei Call und Musik überdurchschnittlich gut in der Preisklasse.Wenn es Probleme mit der Verbindung und/oder der Qualität der Sprachübertragung gibt dan würde ich das auf 2 prinzipielle Ursachen zurückführen: BT des zu koppelnden Devices und 'LAYER 8 Problem' ;-).FAZIT:Handling, Sitz & Gewicht, Laufzeit, Qualität der Verarbeitung und des Sounds, Reichweite, Preis ... für mich als Freiberufler das ideale Headset daheim.Einziges Manko, aber ich kann keinen halben Stern abziehen und einen ganzen wäre nicht gerechtfertigt ... die Polsterung des Bügels. Das ist aber wirklich nur ein Problem für Tonsuren ;-) und Kahlköpfe wie mich mit empfindlichem Dickschädel.

Ottime cuffie, si sente molto bene ed i riscontri sul funzionamento del microfono sono positivi. Non posseggo cuffie di marche "blasonate" quindi non posso fare paragoni ma queste le consiglio per il rapporto qualità prezzo

Reconozco que si tienes que llevarlos muchas horas puestas aprieta algo la cabeza. Pero para mi que los llevo solo en alguna reunión al día, son geniales, por que generalmente los cascos se me caen, y estos no. Son ligeros, la barra de metal los hace que parezcan más resistentes. Cuanta menos polipiel se tenga mejor, más duraderos son. Buen sonido, aisla el ruido bastante más de lo que pensaba. El micro funciona genial, como se te olvide subido no se te escucha nada, vamos que la cancelación de ruido es real. Recomendable, y viendo el mercado el precio está bien

Première utilisation après achat, agréablement surpris vu le prix. Je l’utilise pour le travail donc 8h en continue sur la journée, restait 80% de batterie après une journée de boulot intense en appel, sans l’avoir éteint. Bonne qualité sonore, pas de coupure ou de rejet de connexion Bluetooth. Attention de bien sélectionner le micro ET le son du casque dans les réglages Bluetooth sur votre pc une fois le casque connecté, au risque de possible utiliser le micro de votre laptop par défaut et que votre interlocuteur ne vous entende pas correctement. Donc pour le moment je suis assez satisfait, ça fait le job, en espérant que sur la durée cela se démontre également
