Excellent metal cutting screws. Ordered the 1/2” - worked so well I ordered 3/4” and another size. Excellent price and quality - cut metal easily with drill/driver as advertised. Do not snap off when torquing the screw down. In my opinion - excellent quality.

When I bought these, I was a little bit worried that maybe because of them being stainless steel, they might easily fall off my magnetic Phillips head driver bit, which would get very frustrating. But after receiving these screws and using a dozen or so of them to drive screws through stainless steel sheet metal and into aluminum, that has NOT been an issue at all. Contrary to what some people think, not all stainless steels are non-magnetic. Some are, and some aren't. So don't think that being magnetic means that these aren't stainless, because they most certainly ARE. I was also a little bit concerned about whether or not these screws, being made of stainless, would be hard enough and sharp enough to be able to self tap into stainless steel, but to my pleasant surprise they worked exceedingly well. I was drilling into a commercial Manitowoc stainless steel ice machine panel, and these screws did not even hesitate to bite right into the stainless. And sometimes also one of the problems that you can have when you use stainless steel screws is that they can snap off when you drill into something kind of thick. The aluminum that I was drilling into behind the stainless steel was probably about 2-3 mm thick, and I did not have any issues with this at all, so again I was impressed with that result as well. I can't make an honest evaluation about corrosion resistance, since it's only been a week or so, but even the magnetic grades of stainless steel should resist corrosion better than just plain steel screws. If you are going to need screws to resist very corrosive environments like salt water or acidic areas, you will likely need a very high grade of stainless that is softer, non-magnetic, and harder to deal with because it can break easy, dull easy, and doesn't stick to your drill driver. But these are perfect for most outdoor applications where rain and sun are the biggest environmental wear and tear factors. And you can't beat the value either.

Great product! These are true stainless steel screws. You get a bundle of 300 for a great price. If you go to a local hardware store, you will be charged much more per screw.

I used these to attach hardware cloth to our chicken coop and they worked like a charm! Really sturdy and strong, made the whole build so much easier. Definitely a reliable choice if you need screws for metal projects.
