We have been using the recipes from her website and finally we were able to buy it in the UAE without having to wait to long. We are in love with the book. Recipes gave wonderful instructions with a picture of each recipe. High quality printing as well.

I have been through so many cookbooks where only a few recipes were interesting to do, this book has everything!!! I want to do 90% of the recipes!Amazing!!! Recommend this to everyone looking for a good recipe book!

I have tried many recipes in this book and every one of them works! You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I use the Recipe Tin Eats blog a lot - we're big foodies but don't have time during the week to cook fancy meals. All her recipes are delicious and full of flavour, and most importantly the majority of ingredients are easily available. We enjoy mostly the easy dinner recipes, salads, and her good overviews of basic sauces or dressings and "what to do with...." section which takes so much mental stress out of figuring out dinner while not having to resort to freezer food. Highly recommend!

This cookbook is spectacular! I have been following Nagi for sometime online and so it was a no-brainer to buy her cookbook. Often, I will buy a cookbook and only find a handful of recipes that I am interested in making. This is not the case with this cookbook. I want to make everything! You should definitely buy this cookbook. However, don’t buy it from Amazon. While I am a frequent customer Amazon really let me down this time. The first time I ordered the cookbook it came in a box with no padding and the spine was damaged. Amazon agreed to replace it and sent another copy immediately Thank you Amazon. Sadly, the same thing happened with the second book. It was shipped in a box that was too big and there was no padding to protect the spine of the book and again it arrived damage. Sadly, Amazon would not replace the second book , but did offer a full refund. I decided that as the book is still usable, I would keep it.So while I highly recommend this cookbook, just pick it up at your local bookstore. Just a little bit of padding could have ensured that the book arrived undamaged. So sad that Amazon is in such a hurry to get products to us quickly that they don’t take the care to make sure they arrive in good condition.

A biased review as I've always referred to this chef online recipes. So happy to have a hardcopy to refer to now.Always great recipes and ideas

J'ai adoré ce livre avec de délicieuses recettes du monde entier. Les explications et vidéos sont très simples à suivre avec des mesures précises. C'est l'un de mes livres de cuisine préférés et je le recommande à tous les gourmands.
