Easy to digest
I’ve been on a low FODMAP diet for a while trying to figure out things I can eat without getting nauseous or bloated. A TON of protein shakes give me nausea, stomach cramps, bloating, etc. Even premier protein and orgain. I also have gastroparesis so some days are harder than others and sometimes I just need some liquid calories to get me through. This stuff is great for the money. I know it seems like a lot- I’m a broke a** b**** and I scrounged the $50+ for this in the hopes I can find SOMETHING that doesn’t ruin half my day with nausea or the dreaded bloat where people think I’m pregnant. This is it y’all. It doesn’t mess up my stomach in the least, and honestly the flavor is pretty solid. It’s not nearly as powdery or gritty as some I’ve tried, and in a pinch I’ve even had it with room temperature water at work and it wasn’t all that bad. I saw some reviews about it being difficult to mix but with a blender bottle and the metal ball thing I have had no issues with mixing, especially if the liquid is put in first BEFORE adding the powder. The chocolate flavor is subtle without being too rich for frequent use, and it’s pretty yummy with almond and soy milk, as well as in a berry smoothie. I’m super happy with this purchase, and if you have a lot of dietary restrictions I’d say this is a pretty safe bet.

Tastes good (chocolate flavor), mixes well, no stomach irritation or any other issues. Happy with this.

Good taste but deceptive product details.
Initial review. Taste fine. But the listing’s images and product details do not match what was delivered. The delivered package vaugly implies fodmap, but it's just an icon without the green and “Fodmap Friendly” certification. Also, the package states that it's manufactured on shared equipment that produces wheat. Thus, the package doesn't indicate gluten-free. The product ingredients includes some digestive enzymes which I'm guessing is to relieve bloating from the whey protein concentrate.

This is a good protein product
This is a good protein product. I used it in almond milk and it mixes really well, not powdery or gritty. However, it is a little too sweet to my taste. But if you like a sweet shake you will like it. I drank the shake for breakfast and was not hungry all morning. Very satisfying.

Best protein for IBS
This is the only protein that I can use that doesn't upset my stomach. It has way less sugar and carbs than other brands and tastes great. I usually mix it in a blender with a tsp of peanut butter, 1/2 banana and a little ice for breakfast.

Dissolves in cold or hot water, keeps me full, Monash certified
I like to use my protein powder to make a mocha with coffee in the morning. Most protein powders will not easily dissolve in hot coffee- this does great! If you are on a low fodmap diet or need lactose free this is for you. It tastes wonderful and no issues.

Not IBS friendly!!!
Triggers IBS symptoms to the highest level. I tried it on an empty stomach to test it. It felt so horrible and urge me to the bathroom.
