Put it on for 3 days..Then remove it and re-apply for the next 3 days..

How is this different to clear nail varnish?

It is a little thicker and more flexible on the nail

Do I need to use a lamp to dry this?

No use like a basecoat and wait for it to air dry .

Can you wear polish on top of this please .

The leaflet says apply first coat of nail tek. When dry apply 2 layers of your nail colour. The apply a layer of nail tek daily and remove after 7 days. Start over again. I don't use polish and find the nail gel on its own gives nails a nice natural look and shine. But in all this sunshine I do notice it yellows a bit, so sometimes I remove before the seventh day and start afresh.

Very Good!

Shellac has ruined my nails. After a year they are still soft and splitting. Much improved with Nail Tek. I got number 2 as I felt this suited my problem best. It's not like nail varnish that can be soft. This is a harder finish on the nails and stays on, I remove it about every 4 days and then renew it. My nails are definitely improving and harder. I couldn't take it on holiday due to fluid restrictions and I needed other things so put it on fresh before I went and it lasted the whole week. Definitely recommend!😊
