How long does the battery last?

Well it says 10 years... if not just remember the year you bought it and they will send you a new battery to help that part of the warranty. Because no battery last 10 years.... I'm guessing 5 to 6 years avg use!

Is the indiglo light really bright? Hubby would be wearing it at night and we don't want it keeping us awake.

The Indiglo light cannot be seen in daylight. It is intended to be used at night or where it is dark. It does not illuminate until you purposely push the stem inward. Once you release it the light goes out.

No. You have to change the date by hand if the month has fewer than 31 days. I think that's what you are asking.
