Carry Handle Mount

Short, quick, fairly easy add on.Tight fit as it should be. clean machining.Correct dimensions.

Please don't buy this. It's chinese junk. It is not tight in a mil-spec carry handle. I tried two of mine, one a Colt and the other an H&R, which have both been tight with other carry handle mounts. Also, the domed washer provided is flimsy and does not hold the mount tight unless you put thread-locker on it.It also has rough edges that I had to sand down otherwise it would have scratched my uppers.Most importantly, there is a roll pin that goes through the side that obstructs the sight picture! The shooter is supposed to be able to use the sights in addition to the optic. I had to punch the pin out and then use some felt padding under the mount to get it tight.The original design, and other designs have poly/plastic washer lock ring that holds the thumb screw in place.This thing is junk. You get what you pay for. Mine is now sitting in a parts bin, then one day the garbage.Save your money and get the Smith Enterprises or A.R.M.S. version, or maybe a used Colt piece.Junk!!!

I ordered this so I could put optics on my patrolman carbine. The see-through function advertised is barely a reality. The mount is fine and sturdy however don't plan on using iron sights.

One tightening point would be good except it does not line up with handle groves on gun at all. This causes floating on one area or the other so no way to keep tight or sight.

This is a nice way to add optics to a carry handle. It installs easy and has not movement once installed. I put this on an airsoft Retro M4 build. It really completes the look. since it is on an airsoft I cannot speak to the durability, but I have not doubts to that.

I like to have a handle on my platform. My first platform had a regular A2 handle so I used one of these to be able to put a scope on it and fell in love. It's a personal preference but I like to have my scope raised up. Since then I have utilized these mounts to give me additional options. The mount is very sturdy and securely mounts in exactly the same spot every time so I can mount different optics on these and swap them out depending on the optic needed for a given situation. Each is sighted in and I have tested many times and re-sighting in after changing optics is not necessary even though I do anyway.This mount is just like others I have had. It is made of aluminum and mounts just as the others. It comes with two screws for permanent mounting if you choose but I use the single post in the middle with the thumb screw and that has always been enough.

This item did not fit my m4 carry handle
