– Brother HL-L2365DW A4 Mono Laser Printer

Purchased this for printing invoices for business use, after many hours of reading reviews I opted for this printer & the recommended spare XL toner. Set up could not have been easier and was set up within minutes using wifi to my laptop. Prints are very crisp & clear and fast. The footprint of this printer is tiny too to say it holds so much paper. From a brand, I love a top notch printer!

I first purchased I Ricoh SW 213 mono printer and got so fed up of it I have thrown in a skip. This, on the other hand, is a fantastic piece of kit took minutes to set up on my wireless network. It took me exactly 15 minutes including unpacking it have working wirelessly on four computers and also on google cloud print. Excellent machine and replacement toners can be found cheap on Amazon.

Downside: this printer requires hard to get OEM toner (TN-2305/2355) and drum unit (DN-2355) not held by UK stockists, who will erroneously offer TN-2310/2320 and DN-2300. The nearest suppliers of OEM consumables I could find are in UAE/South Africa but decent quality cheap compatibles from a UK company (ZEB) can be found on eBay. Upside: the printer is compatible with legacy O/S such as XP/Win 7, with a variety of drivers for O/S ancient and modern provided. Paper handling in autoduplex mode is superb even with 100gsm stock. I have just run 3,000 pages through with only 1 jam instance when it grabbed 2 sheets, stopped and flagged up an error. The print run continued where it left off after I opened and closed the back flap. Print quality and fixing are immaculate and paper curl minimal (there is a setting for this). It doesn't stink of ozone as much as our old Kyocera and is faster (30ppm) and quieter. We're really pleased with it but do check the exact toner/drum requirements with vendors beforehand. If you're happy to use compatibles rather than OEM then there's no problem!

I bought this printer to use for work at home after reading lots of reviews. I need a printer that is wireless, mac compatible and liked the fact it works with mobile telephones too. I chose this model over the HL L2340dw because it offers 30ppm rather than 26ppm. The wireless set up was fairly straight forward. The quick set up sheet was useful in that it pointed me to download the full drivers and software from the brother website (March 2015 version). As with other users, I recommend using the USB cable to set up the wireless connection, following the connection wizards. It worked first time. I downloaded the iprint&scan app to print from my mobile and that worked too. I had the same difficulty as some customers regarding printing once the machine entered deep sleep. This was remedied by downloading the firmware tool from the website (June 2016 version). It then worked fine from both mac and mobile. I downloaded the October 2015 driver as well for good measure. I haven't worked out how to use AirPrint yet. Printing from word processing is sharp in toner save and 600 dpi. It is a little fuzzy for pdf and images so I am not sure how it will work with boarding passes or QRscan codes. It might be ok with the high quality setting. The printing speed is good, double sided included. The tricky thing is that the menus on the printer itself need a little trial and error to work out what is where. eg. Toner save options are in 'general settings/ecology'. In summary, seems like a good little machine.

Purchased this on 20oct2014 and the few times that my wife used it via her iPad to print perhaps 50 sheets or less it worked fine, except for the occasions that it didn't come out of sleep mode. That was a PITA to rectify, nonetheless it printed fine and was responsive. So now at this date 4nov2015 it doesn't wake up. In fact it doesn't even power up or reset. Dead as a DODO. Contacted Brother support and they just pointed me to their service centre meaning it's going to cost, despite so little use, and TWELVE days over it's guarantee period. For me reliability in any electronic product is paramount. Last time I purchase any BROTHER product. Also Amazon were not helpful. So, people take care what you spend your hard earned readies on. --- Edit 19th Jan 2016. Eventually I found Amazon's customer support phone number and the guy I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. After explaining more less what I said above, Amazon dispatched a new printer, same model, which I received next day, leaving me to dispatch the faulty unit back to Amazon, in my own time, via their collect network at no cost to me. As the faulty unit failed while being left in standby I now only turn it on when something needs to be printed, maybe 2/3 times a month; I still don't trust Brother's PSU's reliability. Using Brother's apps I print from an Android phone and tablet also Apple's iPhone and tablet without a glitch, Wifi connects first time, print quality good. Thank you Amazon for you excellent customer care and service I'm now luvin' you.

I bought this for Wireless printing, but it doesn't work. The Wifi set up once, but within hours the connection had broken. I spent hours trying to fix it and I sent several emails to Brother, only to receive the same automated replies pointing to unhelpful information. Nothing I did could make it work. So I had to settle for a wired connection - only the box also doesn't include a device cable, so I had to buy one, and then you have to do a lengthy uninstall and re-installation to be able to switch from the broken Wireless connection to a wired connection. Now I'm stuck with a wired printer. I've always used Brother printers and haven't had problems before, but I won't buy another.

Does what is says on the tin. A pity Brother does not provide a Manual in PDF form. "On line" is OK but not as convenient, and the version if installed to PC, does NOT work.

The Brother HL-L2365DW A4 mono laser printer is easy to set up, with clear instructions. The starter toner is rated at over 1000 pages, which is more than adequate. I connected via the included USB cable, though Wi-Fi and Bluetooth offer flexibility across devices, including Mac. Driver installation was quick and straightforward. I wouldn't say it is quiet, but it is not noisy. It produces crisp, clean pages on demand, then returns to a low-power sleep mode automatically. It wakes instantly when needed. A slight smell is noticeable during the first few prints, but this soon fades. A reliable, no-fuss printer.

Ich bin sprachlos. Nach fast 15 Jahren mit einem HP LaserJet 1100 habe ich nun diesen Drucker mit Turbo-Service von Amazon geliefert bekommen. Das Gerät war hervorragend verpackt. Die Beschreibung zum Inbetriebnehmen war logisch und daher war der Drucker binnen weniger Minuten ausgepackt, mit Papier und Toner versorgt und angeschlossen. Wenige Minuten später erfolgte die Softwareinstallation per beigefügter CD unter WIN 7 als Netzwerkdrucker, den ich an die Fritzbox 7490 angeschlossen habe. Das ging wirklich sowas von schnell - so stellt man sich perfekten Service vor. Letztendlich überzeugt das Druckergebnis auf ganzer Linie. Warum hier andere Kunden Probleme bei der Installation unter WIN 7 beschreiben, ist mir schleierhaft. Habe den Drucker auf 2 Laptops als Netzwerkdrucker mit Installations-CD installiert. Alles schnell und ohne Probleme. Zudem ist der Drucker über IP-Adresse (bei mir unter 192.168.178.22) direkt im Browser aufruf- und konfigurierbar. Wie lange die erste Tonerkartusche hält, wird sich zeigen. Ersatz habe ich bereits geordert. Allen, die einen schnellen und ausgereifeten Laserdrucker mit Duplexfunktionaliät suchen, kann ich dieses Gerät nur empfehlen.Besser geht nicht!!!

Brother stupisce ancora con questa stampante laser in bianco e nero. Per un costo relativamente contenuto si riesce a prendere uno strumento veramente valido e funzionale anche per un piccolo ufficio. Le caratteristiche sono quelle delle "sorelle maggiori", contenendo però i costi notevolmente: - il vassoio per la carta contiene quasi una risma intera di fogli - stampa fronte-retro veloce e molto fluida (da quando la posseggo è successo solo una volta che prendesse per sbaglio 2 fogli al posto di uno) - connettività Wi-fi veloce e facile da usare ( si collega da sola alla rete e quindi è possibile stampare da qualsiasi computer o telefono collegato allo stesso Wi-fi) - toner con ottimi neri fino alla fine e facile da sostituire, molto consigliata la modalità risparmio toner che mi ha fatto arrivare a più di 2000 pagine stampate. L' ho comprata quasi un anno fa e ancora funziona perfettamente, nonostante il continuo utilizzo. Consigliata.

Reçu rapidement pendant les fêtes de fin d’année, petite et peu encombrante, rapide et avec toutes les fonctions de recto-verso, wifi, ..etc, elle remplit parfaitement sa fonction. Tout ce qui lui manque pour ce prix, c'est la couleur, mais bon, de plus le tonner (Noir) est un des moins cher du marche. Je recommande.

Una impresora magnifica, velocidad de impresion buena, calidad inmejorable, durabilidad del tone muy aceptable, impresion a doble cara muy rapidad, una impresora domestica inmejorable. Configuracion de red intuitiva y rapida, con solo reservar la ip que coja la impresora la primera vez en el router es mas que suficiente, no se desconfigura. Compra muy recomendable
