Very close to the authentic podi
You would be looking for this item if you know what a PODI is. the home made would be ultimate but I think this one is very close to the authentic podi that you can get readymade in the market.

Best with dosa and idlis
The podi is quite tasty, pairs well with dosas and idli with a little warm ghee mixed it in. Good flavour and spice.

Something new for me
I just found out this product exists. I'm having a good time finding new ways to use this powder. The taste is great. I mix it with Kefir to make a low fat dip. Great mixed into rice as well.
