A good replacement for an old pull cord. Handle is weighty and solid, mechanism seems well made. Noise on activation is OK, not the most silent but quieter than my old unit. Punch holes for the wiring are way too thick and took some real effort to break through. Otherwise pleased. Switch cover arrived with a slight dent, maybe visible in the photo, however used some pressure to straighten out and is acceptable / hard to notice.
