This is a great piece of kit, the padded headband is very comfortable and the larger area for the back of your head makes putting the Pico 4 headset on and taking it off a breeze. With the original head strap the face gasket was either digging into my forehead or digging into my cheek bones but this seems to distribute evenly and remove the pressure on your face, it is a lot more comfortable to wear for longer periods and now I can just put the Pico on and not have to worry about moving the rear head strap up and down to get it comfortable on my face.

This product has take the comfort of the PIco 4 to the next level. I always suffered from pressure on the back of my head from the stock rear pad. This pad is easy to fit and spreads the load across the back of the had. The upper strap also helps with this. I'm very pleased with this product.

I find this to be very comfortable on the top and the back of my head and the price is very reasonable, also my head does not sweat anymore at the back

It is an improvement on the OEM design, but not sufficient to justify the price tag. Having attached the new back-piece and replaced the top strap, I am left feeling like I have been fleeced and perhaps £10 would have been a more fair price for a piece of plastic and a foam-padded strap.Maybe the glossy ad cost more to produce than the "updated head strap" and that needed to be recouped?
