25pc Metric Combination Combo Ring Open Ended Spanner Garage Tool Set 6-32mm

Recently had to change a front spring on one of our cars after it snapped, but we had one huge issue, the bolts/nuts were seized. I mean this thing was going through bolt removers everything. We used one of these spanners, a 5ft scaffy bar (yep) and a smaller scaffy, with a biter on the other side (the biters are awesome too) after some serious energy usage it shifted the bolts. EVERYTHING else it bent or snapped. It was some serious force it withstood. Not even an impact gun would look at it! Eventually after getting the other two off it's bent the strong as cryptonite 19mm but it's still going strong and not snapped, just slight bend to it on the shaft. Definitely a recommended set. Is the storage holder fantastic? No, its nothing amazing, but it does the job and for the price you really can't complain or shouldn't anyway! However, it hasn't fallen apart on me yet.

So far so good. Solid metal spanners and look of very high quality. More sizes than many common spanner sets.Only downside is the holder for the spanners. When folded and rolled up, 1 half of the spanners have to be upside down and sometimes slip out.The product itself for the price is brilliant though and if hanging up permanently no issues whatsoever

Hopefully I won't need an 18 as I have been given 19 x 2 (sometimes not a bad thing but should really not be the case)

Delivered quickly and on time. Accurate fit. Quality appears to be good. Wide range of sizes - enough for the majority of home vehicle maintenance. Would recommend.

Spanner set arrived today (24th April 2020) promptly as advertised.However, after inspecting the spanners within 30 minutes of receiving them, I found that a good portion of the set had deep pitting with several having exposed rust spots and/or rust covered over by the silver spray finish.Where you have pitting and rust, you have weak points in the spanner's rigidity and ability to function under load. Several of the spanners also have signs of the silver spray finish already beginning to flake off.A simple test to ascertain their rigidity found that almost all of them can be flexed with nothing more than finger and thumb pressure. This is definitely NOT a good sign considering that spanners by their very nature are used for their push and pull torqueing capabilities when tightening nuts and bolts when under applied load.As the old saying goes - buy cheap, buy twice, and never ever trust a Communist to tell the truth.
