Very good for hot flashes!
I take this supplement to help me process estrogen more effectively and to balance my hormones as I'm perimenopausal.Taking 4 capsules daily, my hot flashes stopped within about 24 hours.Amazon are also selling this supplement at a really good price at the moment (this might change!).
