Yes! The top, front, and side supports 360mm radiators. For the side one, you'll have to remove the side rgb panel inside the case in order to install the radiator.

will this hold a atx mother board ?

Yes, it will also hold a larger e-atx motherboard as well. This tower is huge, like 2x the size of a mid size tower.

Is this genuine? Can I get a purchase or service if a part is damaged while in use?

I just finished my build with this case. It came with a full retail kit. It's brand new and genuine. You would have to ask ASUS about replacement parts.

What's the noise level like? I know it differs based on components, but in general is this case super loud or not bad?

I run 3 32" 4k 144hz monitors for simultaneous gaming and streaming. I'm, running the 4090 Rog Strix GPU, the 4 stock case fans that came with the tower, the ROG Thor 1200 watt platinum PSU and my ASUS Ryujin 2 aio. I barely hear anything when I'm maxed out in game/stream.
