This stuff really works!!! I could never sit still long enough for my nails to dry without smudging them. After applying a couple of drops to each nail after top coat, my nails are hard as a rock in a couple of minutes.

It does the job. Did polish almost instantly. I wait about 5-10 seconds before checking. It's a dropper and one drop/ nail usually does the trick. No strong odor.
