I don't think they are men's underwear based on the fact there is no pouch

I got an XL and it stretches out over time. The pouch is not very big and when the material stretches you have to pull the thong up. I will get a large and see how it works. This is a bonded ice silk material. Very soft feeling. The edges are almost like a woman’s laser edge thong but not as comfortable. I still like the cotton thong the most.Update:I ordered this thong in Large and it fits much better. It is actually a different thong in that it fits much better in front and doesn’t stretch out through the day.

I bought a large as I do in all brands, I think the measurements that were used are women’s large. And the pouch is nonexistent so the fruit hangs out the sides
