Good design for the money
This was purchased for a 14ft Carolina Skiff. It fits perfect. I was worried about the size and not being able to walk around but it is no problem. It fits 2 people very comfortably. My daughter is 13 and 110lb and I am 5'9" 180 and we both fit comfortably. The design is sturdy enough and could use improvement on the hinge design. They are located on the outside of the seat instead of the inside but not a deal breaker. Good product.

Ups and downs
Product is great . Down side is the inability to make marks for drill holes accurately. Would have given 5 stars had the vendor included a hole pattern sheet and proper hardware to mount. If that would make it a tad more expensive I would have gladly paid an extra $20 to have had those two things .
