I found this product good value, easy to use with having 2 batteries you can keep one on charge and one in use so work is never disrupted.

Biggest pile of rubbish I’ve ever owned
Cuts out at any tight cut then stops completely useless to get any work done never again very unhappy about this product

Not working but replaced with a new one within in day with a new one
The media could not be loaded. I got in contact with them last Thursday by email has the old one was not working sent them a video off the old one on Saturday and I was sent a new one by Sunday from amazon excellent service with no problems yes I would Bry it again

Terrible instructions
Ok if you have owned an angle grinder previously, it will be easy to assemble and use, but if you haven't the instructions do not make sense . Considering health and safety is paramount, I would have thought the importers of this device would have insured the manual would not be ambiguous, hence 3 stars. Having stated the negatives the positives are the machine is performance wise is good, you get 2 batteries, very handy, sort your manual out and I'd give it 5 stars.
