Fantastic book! as a complete novice I had a go at making Traditional French Baguettes from this book!!They turned out amazing and looked and tasted exactly like they had just come from a Parisian bakery.It does take a bit of time as you need to create your starter from scratch and feed it every day but the effort is soo rewarding and it what makes the whole experience so satisfying!One tip I would recommend is to slowly take your time to read each stage of the process but don’t be overwhelmed by it, as when you break it down into stages it is actually very easy to make and hard to go wrong .

Great book in a brilliant series. Step by step guide with really clear pictures. Really looking forward to getting stuck in.
