I saw this was a little thinner than 4 weight. I doubled it up and it was perfect. I made a beanie and a very long scarf for a friend who moved to Alaska. It is pretty soft and didn't make me ir. Initial impressions was it was rough but that went away when using it. Not itchy to wear.

Good thickness, definitely on the light side of worsted/4 weight but not quite a 3. Yes it had a few knot/ breaks in the skeins but most yarns do. It probably averaged one break every skein. It held together and was a pleasure to work with. Crocheted up with beautiful stitch definition and sweater is lightweight and 'springy'

Soft but not a very tight thread. Splits easily.

Peach color is very Pretty and delicate. Soft enough to make hats for cancer patient's.

This is my 2nd order of 18 skeins of this Merino wool. This time, a number of the skeins have multiple splices, which require a lot of weaving when finished. If I wasn’t far in this project, I request a return or a refund. Avoid this product.

The blue color is very beautiful, and the yarn is soft yet strong. It is very thin, though. I am old so I'm not sure I'll be able to crochet with it, but if your hands are more agile than mine it should be okay.

Not especially soft or as fine as advertised. It's more like worsted weight. Fairly even. I'm hoping it'll soften up when I felt it (washing).
