Oh my gosh! Can't say enough good about this dutch oven. Since getting it, I've baked bread, casseroles, shredded pork.... My first dutch oven was a Lodge and think this preforms the same. The color is also the same (red) as my lodge. Super happy with this....especially the price point. 3rd pic shows this oval dutch oven next to my Lodge round dutch oven. Almost identical enamel look.

This product is made with quality in mind. This will be a great heirloom dish to be passed on. Many a memory will be made with this cook. The cook ability and even heat distribution makes for a fail safe meal. The functionality is good. Big enough to feed a family but easy to get in and out of the oven. Oven to table is appreciated as well. I have not had any issue with chips or rust even with the most frequent of use and washing. I highly recommend this cook's helper of a roaster.

I love my Oval Dutch Oven! It is beautiful and very well made. I have other cast iron pot but, I wanted one that was smaller and this one fits the bill. Love cooking my meals in it. I highly recommend! SandyB

I bought this for baking oval shaped breads, but it also a great casserole dish, works on the stovetop too. The size is great for bread, maybe a bit small as a regular casserole dish, but I love it, and the color is so pretty! It also cleans up well, although it’ll never look new again after it’s been used, but that’s to be expected…

It looks good. I have not used it yet. The lid came chipped which probably tells me that it will chip more over time.

As good as my Le Creuset at a fraction of the price and the red colour is a dead ringer for Creuset cerise. I’ve used it to bake bread, make pot roast, etc. I highly recommend. The new oval oven is on the left, larger round Le Creuset on the right.
