I like this travel pill box so much better than the plastic containers I've used before that often pop open in my suitcase, making me treasure hunt through my clothes for my vitamins. The compartments are sized just right for big pills (the size of most vitamin supplements), and the aluminum sleeve fits tightly over the silicon case, so it's secure but not difficult to open. It's very sleek and attractive, so would also make a perfect gift for the frequent traveler who likes to have everything organized. We're going to use this one in our emergency supply kit, as it can easily be hooked onto a backpack loop with a carabiner without worry that it will open accidentally. Great product!

Holds about 4 full size pills and 4 smaller pills per day. I love it. Smooth action and feels secure and sealed when it’s closed. Simple, effective, and attractive pill container.

I love that it's metal. Super sturdy. I also love the sleek design. It's heavier than I expected, though. I think they could use less or lighter plastic and a thinner metal to achieve the same goal while decreasing how much it will weigh in my travel bag.

Pill storage case is beautiful and works fine but the size is much larger than mentioned in the product details and dimension shown in the pics. Probably i will return it due to its size as i need smaller pill storage

I had reservations about dropping ~$20 on what I could get for like $4, but this pill organizer is really well crafted. Pleasing to handle, big trays (much more than I thankfully need), and just overall very nice to use.A much nicer daily experience than the plastic 'snap tray' ones you'd find in any hospital or retirement home.

It did not cut me. Edges are smooth. Heavy to be a portable pill box. Good for a single day pill box if you take a bunch of supplements at specific times. Pretty color. Cover is right against the box and doesn't come loose.

This is exactly what I was looking for... well designed, strong, easy open/close... holds a lot in each day -- first letter of days of the week printed on the side is a nice touch.
