I totally love this "pillow". So soft and comfy. Love the armrests! You can completely sit up straight and eat with a tray while using it (I did have to use an extra pillow behind it to make this feel sturdy). You can pull on the armrests a little and it will slide you gently down for just simple lounging. I always lay down on my side and watch tv before falling asleep. Before this pillow, I used a couple of fluffy pillows which worked well. But now, this is even better! When you lay it on its side, it's the perfect height for your neck to feel still aligned. I tested out having the head area face towards the tv as well as the bottom facing the tv. Both work, but I think having the head area face towards the tv is the best way. In this direction, the armrests stay parallel to your back area and it sort of feels like you are being cuddled. Haha. Anyways, best purchase of the month for me! Worth every penny!
