Don’t write a lot of reviews, but this was worth sharing. Just bought it a couple weeks ago, used it a few times already.The reason I bought it was because I wanted something low wattage that would work with my power bank, for camping and suchOnly pulls 600 W, actually slightly less per my meter, plus rotates on and off as needed to maintain heat.Decent size pan easily cooks 3 to 4 eggs at a time, Sunnyside upNonstick surface and even heating across the panI’ve already shared the link with other who are interested in this type of cooking appliance

I love this little skillet. My husband and I are retired full time RVers and I was looking for something that had low wattage and took a chance on this. It has been a wonderful addition to our lifestyle and is just perfect for 2 people. Easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to store. All plusses when you live in a fifth wheel. I do wish they made a square one that was 10 inches for when I want to make extra for the freezer. The 12 inch is just a little too big for easy storage and the wattage is just a bit too high. I would definitely recommend this if you are cooking for 1 or 2 people, or you need to watch how many amps you use.

I miss my gas stove top. I hate my electric glass stove top. I just received this 8" Elite Gourmet electric skillet. It cooked evenly and cleaned up perfectly. (I hand washed it.) It is just the right size for 1 or 2 people. If you don't want to turn on or clean up that BIG stove top this is the perfect size for small portion meals. I also have the 12" Elite Gourmet electric skillet. It is great for larger meals for serving more people.

I had to replace my stove and for a month I cooked with this cooker. I mean i made everything. It gets hot quickly so lowest temp is best. One month, chicken, steak. I can't believe it. Over 5 stars.

The 8"x8"x2" skillet is not a 2.5 quart skillet. Even Google agrees that it is only 2 quarts, but factor in that it is not entirely square (the corners are rounded) it holds only 7 cups. That's a far cry from the promised 2.5 quarts or 10 cups.I needed something on the smaller side for our camper, but really wanted 2.5 quarts. I'm not sure if we'll keep it for its other fine qualities or not. It's washable, but not submersible, it's non stick, it has a glass lid, it fits in a smaller space and it should be useful.We haven't cooked in it yet, as we haven't decided if we'll return it, so I cannot atest to its ability to cook food evenly.

This electric fryer is great. Heats well and doesn't take up much space. It is lightweight and of good quality. Heats up fast!

The handy electric skillet is perfect for me and my dog!! it washes up so easy, it heats up so fast it does a damn good job of cooking my food. For me, it was a good investment.

I bought this to replace a Westbend that I've had for over 40 years (it still works) this one heat up a little slower than my Westbend but cooks really well and is easy to clean.
