Poor service ,
It has been 6 days since the delivery, but the chimney has not been installed yet. Not in working and chimney pipe are also not fitted and one thing very bad behaviour of your brand Glen team and also talk with your Amazon team they blam to brand but I pay to Amazon for this product.

Good Chimney
Very easy to use along with the motion sensor. Till now no issue.

Poor customer side
Bought the product an year ago. I called customer service just three months ago because the chimney stopped working. The service guy said the capacitor burst due to cockroaches, but we don't have any insects at home. Within three days, the chimney stopped again because the guy didn't fix the capacitor properly. Despite this, we paid the full amount for the replacement. It hasn't even been three months, and now the chimney has stopped working again. This time, the service guy said it's due to voltage fluctuations. Either the product is faulty or the service is poor. So far, we've spent over 3k to repair the chimney, while the product itself costs around 10+.

A must buy
The chimney is as expected except for the noise level. It's not too loud but is noisy to some extend for me. The suction power is the best. Three level suction power is good. Motion sensor is the most attractive part for this. Must buy for a home.

Excellent product BUT…
It’s a great product at a great price (7499) BUT the service is been terrible. Installation appointment was made by the technician at least 4 times and not honoured. He had to come twice as site changes were required. Each time within the first 30 seconds he declared the chimney cannot be installed and that I have made a mistake by buying it. Result, chimney installed and working fine!

The hands free sensor controls are very cool and works well except don't know what happens in the long run. Sound is the only disadvantage on high speed.
