Kuan Yin Oracle

I love this deck. The images are amazing and surprisingly intuitive, although some have to be searched on the book. They are truly beautiful, for they look like ancient temple paintings of deities hidden on a mountain top, lost long ago. There is no violence or bloody pictures. Each Card has a number, so that you can search easily in the book. I love all the cards in this deck. If i had to pick a favourite it would be so hard because they are all so lovely. Still, i can say that i adore "Drink From the Emerald Fountain", "Enter the Jade Temple", "Many Hands of the Goddess", "Mother Fierce", "Reveal the Peacock Beauty", "Tai Chi Rising", "The Dance Unveiling" and "The Lotus Throne". The images are all oriental and they remind me of deities from China, Japan and Tibet. The cards are big (13,9 cm high and 9,5 cm wide), shiny and thick enough to last. They are so glossy, the light gets reflected on them. Blue Angel Publishing has great quality in their decks, as always. The box is hard and sturdy and also very beautiful. They must spend a fortune in these boxes to make sure they match the oracle inside. I have a satin bag for the cards and it fits in side the box along with the book. The book is bigger than the cards with 144 pages and it's packed with information. It is well written and very perceptible. It gives good descriptions and meanings of the cards. Each sheet has the miniature picture of the card, it's number, it's title, a small text 7 or 8 lines long for the situation the card portrays, the description and detailed meaning of the card, an exercise to connect with the card's energy (which includes at least one affirmation) and a prayer to this aspect of the deity. It's about two pages for each card. This is a very accurate deck. It surprised me in my first reading. It is a feast for the eyes, heart and soul.

Everything about this deck is wonderful, the artwork is just beautiful, if you like Buddhist imagery and the front cover you will enjoy the art on this deck. The book that comes with it is vital to the process and full of hope, light, courage, healing and encouragement. I love there is a prayer and a meditation mantra with the meanings too. This is my first ever deck and I was a little anxious about it, but there have only been kind, healing words. They really speak to me and like someone else wrote if you get these you won't need therapy. That is an over statement but the gentle, empowering words are very healing. I have cried with this deck, but with joy and hope at the messages they were sending me. If you like Mindfulness you are likely to like this deck. I love this deck!

I was worried these cards would be too "new agey" but actually, they are great. The author clearly has a very strong relationship with Kuan Yin and this comes across in the words of wisdom imparted in the booklet. The images are stunning, too ! If you are looking into a loving, light hearted yet still meaningful way to develop your connection with this bodhisattva, you will love those cards. They are a great tool for anyone wanting to develop a Kuan Yin devotional practice. (Of course, look into the Sutras as well !)

Very pleased with this oracle deck I received this as a birthday gift. I spent some time with this oracle and you need time for it, Kwan yin is a very good teacher and I like how this deck is informative so I do it when I need time for myself, there's a lot of information to do with just one card and a lesson within in it, There is a meaning, a meditation then a prayer. I don't use it for a quick answer or as much as my other oracle cards but when I do I feel a weight lift off from me. The design is very pretty and mysterious, lot's of shadows within the images gives me the feeling of her spirit coming through the cards.Fast delivery too which is good when I get excited to start with a new oracle deck. Yes very happy with this gift.

This deck was a really pleasant surprise for me, having used mostly the Tarot and the Doreen Virtue Oracle cards. The artwork is beautiful, showing delicate, refined and sometimes sensuous feminine poses that put you in an elevated frequency to begin with. Each card contains beside the meaning of the name and the possible message for you, a short meditation and a prayer addressed to that particular aspect of the goddess. I found them very inspiring and uplifting. Also, special thanks to Amazon who delivered it two days before Christmas, even though it was bought on a short notice, with next day delivery.

Absolutely stunning cards. They are rather large to shuffle but I love that, i love big cards. The images are stunning if not a little dark. I read intuitively so the booklet was a little useless for me and actually made it hard for me to get along with the cards. There not my favourite of my decks. But I have been wanting them for ages and I am glad I got them as they are visually beautiful.

Although these are a little larger than I would like as it makes them difficult to shuffle properly, the quality design and content more than makes up for that. What a beautiful deck! I completely resonate with them. The illustratins are lovely as are the messages. Without a doubt, one of my favourite sets and I have many!

I love this oracle. It is not only an oracle but a way to learn to work with Lady Kwan Yin and to feel her blessings in our daily life . It is interesting that since I work with the book my life has changed and even psychic people could pick up her energy in my aura. The cards are beautifully created and the text in the book is easy to understand . I love the fact that every time you use the oracle you also are able to do the suggested meditation and prayer which are very powerful.

On another level than any oracle decks i had. I have many oracle decks, all from Hay House (Doreen Virtue, etc.) Until I received this one, i had no idea how beautiful, deep, spiritual, life transforming, touching an oracle deck could be. This deck makes me want to change all my previous reviews of other deck that i loved, because it is so on another "category". The box is beautiful, the images, the colors, the book is amazing!!! A lot more information, in dept messages for each card, about 3 pages, with a meditation. The quality of the cards and of the book and box is very nice. And then, just the energy that comes from this deck is so loving and profound. Until then i just didn't know oracle deck could be of this quality. I would say that my other decks were a good introduction for a beginner, but if you are ready for more and if you are quite advanced on your spiritual path, you will connect with this deck. And it is a lot about the energy of the Divine Feminine. I Just love it! Alana Fairchild channel her information and it is splendid. Like having a conversation with a benevolent being just spot on all the time!... :-)
