Grey/brown wood that matched our crib perfectly. I purchased the wrong size but due to high exchange costs there was no point in returning and buying the smaller rod to save money. We will keep the accessories and maybe use the longer rod one day.

While the poles and wood ball ends are nice, the brackets are cheap and the screws given bent while screwing into the studs. My husband had to use real screws from his supply. For the price you would think the brackets wouldn't be so thin and not very attractive. Especially the center support could have been more pleasing to the eye and not so chinsy. They also stick fairly far out, so the drapes dont look snug or cover the top of the window well. Exposing the brackets, window etc. So we will somehow have to modify or shorten them so that they are closer to the wall and window to cover the light coming in.Overall, they will work and once modified will look much better. We have a huge room I was hoping to get something more substantial. But, these will do. The wood is nice and I do like the gold/silver metal look.

Rods look a little more pewter than gold in person, but I still love the way they look in my home. Great quality and satisfied with my purchase!

The only reason I paid $42 for a single curtain rod, is because it matched the other rods, that I replaced a few months ago. Even though they are all the same set, from the same brand, I got the other rods in 2-packs, for half the price. Each section of this rod came out of the box covered in scuff marks, that I can’t remove. There’s no physical damage, but the finish is in poor shape. The screws on the finials are not centered, so it looks like they’re falling. The included screws, for mounting the brackets, are gold, while all other pieces in the set are silver/grey. So I had to spend more money to buy matching screws. And, it only comes with a total of 4 brackets, but instructed placing a bracket at each end, and every 36”. If the rod is fully extended to 144”, it needs 5 brackets, per the included instructions. So I have to spend more money on extra brackets as well. Very disappointed!
